Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package after you receive the shipping confirmation. If the tracking status hasn't moved in 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

We process orders quickly. If you need to change an address, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot modify the destination.

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS Standard Shipping only. Please note that Express shipping options (FedEx/UPS) are not available for these addresses.

If your package is marked delivered but missing, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. We are not liable for stolen packages, but if a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will file a claim and send a replacement.

To get your items to you faster, we may split your order if items are located in different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.

You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order is likely already in the packing queue and cannot be canceled, but can be returned for a full refund after delivery.

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Returns must be initiated via our online portal. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer free returns for store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a small handling fee ($8) will be deducted to cover the return shipping label.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. After approval, the refund will be issued. Banks typically take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the funds in your account.

No, international customers are responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery. These are determined by your local government and are not collected by us.

Our fit is generally 'Relaxed Island Fit,' meaning it is slightly roomier than standard streetwear. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. Check the 'Size & Fit' tab on the product page for model stats.

Our cotton and linen blends are pre-shrunk, but natural fibers can still contract slightly with heat. We strongly recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry to maintain the perfect fit.

Linen loves water! Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron while slightly damp for a crisp look, or leave it natural for that effortless island vibe.

Designed in Virginia, our products are ethically manufactured in Vietnam and Portugal. We visit our factories annually to ensure fair labor practices and high-quality craftsmanship.

We shoot all product photos in natural light to display colors as accurately as possible. However, monitor screens vary, so actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on your device.

We stand by our quality. If you experience any manufacturing defects (like a broken zipper or seam issue) within 90 days of purchase, please contact us for a free replacement.
