Kikoi, though commonly known as kikoy is a traditional hand-woven fabric commonly worn by people of East African community.
One can choose to wear the kikoy as a beach towel or wrap, a scarf, tablecloth, and may as well be tailored to make various clothes such as robes, shirts, bags and pillow covers among others.
